Business statistics in Cyprus show good results

According to the statistical data, overall during 2016 where were 12% more building licenses issued in Cyprus and overall volume of construction is 1 billion Euros. The main growth was caused by the increase in permissions for residential buildings.

Apart from that, during the first month of 2017, the volume of property sales was 29% higher than in January 2016. According to the statistical data, the biggest growth was in Limassol, followed by Nicosia, Larnaca and Paphos.

Contrary to the above, the volume of sales in Famagusta have declined.
