Santa Irene Winery is a modern boutique winery located in Farmakas village and is surrounded by vineyards overlooking the Troodos mountains.
Five years ago the owners Daniel and Theoni Anastasis started to restore the unique highland vineyards located on the mountain slopes near the village. They then designed and built a modern boutique winery, Santa Irene.
Santa Irene winery is well equipped with modern facilities and equipment which allows for the production of up to 50 thousand bottles of wine a year.

Santa Irene winery offers awarded quality red and white wines:
- Laxia (dry red from mavro ambelisimo);
- Vounoplayia (dry white xinisteri);
- Protari (dry red, mavro ambelisimo);
- Theoni (Rosé, dry from mavro ambelisimo);
- Daniel (Blanc de noir, dry white from mavro ambelisimo);
- Shiraz (Dry red wine from Shiraz ).
Ierambelos Fusion Cuisine
Ierambelos restaurant is located in the winery’s premises and offers a menu of creative cuisine, based on traditional Cypriot dishes, including Cyprus meze. As an accompaniment each dish can be harmonized by a locally produced red, white or rose wine. Food and wine that both come from the earth, around Farmakas village.
During the summer, guests can spend their time relaxing on the cool terrace, enjoying the spectacular mountain views. In winter, a cosy fireplace helps create a pleasant warm atmosphere, in the stunning interior of the restaurant.
Children are entertained by a functional playground outside or can freely take a walk to see the donkeys.
Restaurant working hours::
- Friday and Saturday: breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner;
- Sunday: buffet lunch.
Ierambelos restaurant caters for those wishing to book private events and parties and can accommodate up to 300 guests.
